Terms of Service
Welcome to PulseIQ (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "User") and the Service operator. By creating an account, signing in, or accessing any page of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
The Service ingests publicly available corporate filings from the BSE and NSE, summarises them using automated tooling, and delivers notifications via Telegram and on-site dashboards. We provide information for educational and research purposes only.
2. Not investment advice
The Service is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. All decisions you make based on information from the Service are your own. See our full Disclaimer.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password / linked Google account secure.
- One account per natural person; we reserve the right to suspend duplicate or automated accounts.
4. Free, Trial, and Pro tiers
We offer a Free tier, a time-limited Pro Trial, and a paid Pro subscription. We may change feature scopes, pricing, and tier boundaries with 14 days' notice posted on this page or sent to your registered email. Trials revert to Free automatically when they expire.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or re-distribute Service content beyond personal use;
- Use Service data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without our written permission;
- Impersonate another person, abuse rate limits, or attempt to circumvent paid-tier restrictions;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including market manipulation under SEBI regulations.
6. Source data
Filings, prices, and shareholding data come from BSE, NSE, and other regulatory sources. We make commercially reasonable efforts to surface them accurately and promptly but make no warranty as to completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. The original exchange filing remains the source of truth.
7. Intellectual property
Our software, summaries, charts, models, and brand are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your watchlist content and any data you supply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or business losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹1,000 or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your watchlist and personal data are deleted within 30 days, except as required for legal record-keeping.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
